• Secure your jewellery in a dry box

• Remove jewellery when active

• Returning Period – Returns are accepted within 7 days of delivery.

• Seal/Tag Safety – Returns are only accepted if the original white seal/tag is intact. If the seal/tag is removed, cut, or tampered with, the product will not be eligible for return.

• Mandatory Unboxing Video – A clear unboxing video from start to finish is required for any damage or defect claim.

• Custom or personalized items cannot be returned.

• Refunds are processed once the item passes our quality check.
