Returning Period- Returns are accepted within 7 days of delivery.

Seal/Tag Safety- Returns are only accepted if the original white seal/tag is intact. If the seal/tag is removed, cut, or tampered with, the product will not be eligible for return.

Mandatory Unboxing Video- A clear unboxing video from start to finish is required for any damage or defect claim.

Custom or Personalized items cannot be returned.

Refunds are processed once the items passes our quality check.
